BBQ coated chicken wings, salad and homemade coleslaw
- Chicken wings coated with BBQ glaze
- ½ a small white cabbage shredded
- 2 Carrots grated
- 1 Onion sliced
- 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Heat oven to 160C/gas 4. Transfer the chicken wings to a large roasting tray or two smaller ones, in a single layer. Roast for 1 ½ – 2 hours keep turning throughout cooking (oven temperatures do vary so always check the chicken is cooked correctly.)
Whilst the wings are cooking make the coleslaw, place the white cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl, add the mayonnaise to taste.
When the chicken wings are cooked serve with a crispy salad coleslaw and balsamic glaze.
