Delivery & Returns Information
We are a small family run butchers, our goal is to get through as many orders as we can as quickly as possible.
All orders are prepared fresh and may take 10-12 days before delivery depending on when you placed the order.
Deliveries
Orders placed Monday–Sunday will be dispatched for delivery Tuesday–Thursday the following week.
Our minimum order cost is £30, and delivery cost is £9.99.
For orders over £100, delivery is free.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays.
All parcels are sent via courier, next day delivery and packed in sealed insulated cold boxes. We use gel ice packs, which provides 48 hours of cooling.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 working days.
Collections
Collections are available from our shop in West Moors.
The collection address is Webb's Butchers, 165 Station Rd, West Moors, Ferndown BH22 0HT. Please wait for your "Ready to Collect" email before coming to collect.
Local deliveries
local deliveries to BH22 are typically done on a Thursday morning between 8am and 1pm. Although this may change to a Friday, you will be informed once you place your order. Order by 4pm on the Wednesday for next day delivery.
Returns
Faulty products: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund up to 30 days from receipt. Where possible, please advise us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt so we can put things right as soon as we can. Subject to inspection and acceptance by us, we will refund or provide a replacement as applicable.
Non-faulty products: To be reasonable, if non-faulty goods have been returned to us in a non re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Also, please note we can only make refunds in all instances via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction.
We’re afraid we cannot refund the cost of postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us, nor refund the original cost of delivery, unless of course we agree that you have received damaged or faulty goods.
